Kitchen Makeover in Barrie
Problem: The kitchen was old and needed a complete refit. Our client was very concerned with costs and wanted some inexpensive options before listing the house for sale.
Solution: We installed off-the-shelf Rona cabinets, new flooring, plumbing, fixtures, counters, glass tile backsplash, and arranged new appliances.
Bathroom Makeover in Barrie
Problem: The shower and bath were leaking, and the bathroom had been neglected/abused by the previous tenant. The customer wanted a quick and inexpensive makeover.
Solution: New tub, glass tile surround, fixtures, and toilet; we were able to paint the old vanity inexpensively. Of course, we painted the room.
Flooring and Trim in Barrie
Problem: The entire main floor had older hardwood that was worn down from dogs and age. Our client wanted something newer and more modern for an impending home sale. They wanted to try to increase the selling price by spending a few dollars to upgrade.
Solution: We installed new gray maple hardwood, new baseboard and trim and painted the walls a light gray. We also painted the fireplace to make it "pop."
Backyard Shed in Innisfil
Problem: Our client wanted a shed that could last a while, and not something cheap and plastic from a local hardware store. It was a challenge given the property's slope, so we built the shed on sonotubes. A pool was also installed.
Solution: A custom-made 12x8 shed which conforms to Barrie building code and those restrictions. We installed two windows for light and a steel door. We also installed some interior lights.
