About Your Handy Hero

As I grew up, my father's wide range of talents and skills inspired me. He could fix anything and do anything. He worked as a maintenance mechanic, gas fitter, and carpenter, among other roles at a large steel company for 25+ years. He was always willing to share his knowledge despite my fingers often getting myself into trouble. I can share countless stories of when I was young, taking something apart, and my dad putting it back together. I spent many hours with him on various projects, learning from him. His motto was "anything worth doing is worth doing right." Something I still follow today.

Today, I take pride in sharing the invaluable lessons I've gained. It's been a fulfilling journey as I honour my late father’s lessons while contributing to my community, one repair at a time.
